JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Receive Repair Requests from the Maintenance Team Leader and perform repair activities as per the established Work Instructions (WIs) and machine manuals to restore equipment to optimal working condition.

• Seek assistance from the Lead Technician or Team Leader for troubleshooting breakdowns when necessary.

• Fill out the Spare Parts Requisition Form and forward it to the Maintenance Team Leader for approval to ensure proper spare part usage.

• Upon completing repairs, clean the work area in accordance with the Post-Maintenance Cleaning WI to leave the area free of debris and residues.

• Record the finishing time, performed task details, any pending work, and additional findings on the Repair Request Form (RRF) for documentation purposes.

• Obtain feedback and approval from the Production Team Leader on the RRF before submitting it to the Maintenance Team Leader to confirm task satisfaction.

• Perform Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader, following defined checklists and noting any new observations for future planning.

• Execute in-house calibration tasks as per instructions and according to the Calibration Work Instructions.

• Carry out assigned 5S duties in accordance with the 5S plan to maintain an organized and clean work environment.

FOOD SAFETY

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the plant at all times.

• Ensure team members comply with hygiene policies and food safety requirements.

• Report any unsafe acts or incidents to the Team Leader immediately.

SAFETY

• Be fully aware of health and safety procedures related to your job function.

• Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

• Actively participate in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) initiatives and attend safety meetings.

• Attend all safety-related training sessions provided by the company.

• Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts to your direct supervisor or the camp boss (for accommodation-related matters).

• Take immediate corrective action for unsafe conditions when it is safe to do so.

• Do not perform any task if unsafe conditions are present.

• Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company.

• Inspect all tools, equipment, and vehicles prior to use.

• Familiarize yourself with the emergency response plan and know the locations of first aid kits and firefighting equipment.
