Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Bagging Machines

Location: [Doha , Qatar]

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting bagging machines, particularly systems from Moeller, Haver & Boecker, Aventus, and Bag Line. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and minimal downtime of packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging machines (Moeller, Haver, Aventus, Bag Line).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and calibrate sensors, actuators, and control systems on packaging lines.
• Support production teams during line changeovers and system adjustments.
• Document maintenance activities and report recurring issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance.
• Proven experience maintaining automated bagging systems, especially the listed brands.
• Solid knowledge of industrial automation, PLC basics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
