Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

• Diploma or professional certification in Electrical Systems.

• Valid UAE Driver s License.

• Health and Safety certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years experience as an Electrician in property management, facilities management, or building maintenance environments.

• Expertise in panel boards, electrical lines, troubleshooting, and specialized measuring equipment.

• Knowledge of both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, as well as control systems.

Knowledge:

• Electrical installations and systems.

• Advanced knowledge of low voltage systems.

• General knowledge of high voltage systems.

• Control systems and troubleshooting.

Skills:

• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities with effective technical staff interaction.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.

• Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and solve complex electrical problems under pressure.
