Maintenance Technician - Coffee equipment

Job duties:

- Responsible for the installation, setup, and post-event dismantling of coffee machines at company events

- Ensures all equipment s are fully operational before the event and safely removed, cleaned, and stored afterward

- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall technical support for coffee machines and equipment.

- Receive specialized training in various countries to enhance expertise in coffee equipment.

- Design and implement training programs for team members, ensuring high levels of proficiency.

- Schedule and conduct regular maintenance visits to client locations, ensuring equipment is operating optimally.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Respond promptly to service requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.

- Oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for timely repairs.


Qualifications:

Technical or University degree in Maintenance or coursework in coffee-related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in technical service management, preferably in the coffee industry or related field.
