Job Title: Maintenance Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across properties to ensure efficient execution of repairs and upkeep.
- Develop and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance personnel, including masons, carpenters, and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the work order process, ensuring timely response to maintenance requests and effective resolution of issues.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
-Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, budgets, and expenditures, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

- Engineering background or equivalent experience in maintenance management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
