Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job duties:


- Monitor and maintain adequate levels of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment to support operational needs

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to understand inventory requirements and anticipate stock needs

- Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock; ensure accuracy and quality of received items

- Utilize inventory management software/tools to track stock levels, usage, and order replenishments as needed

- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and negotiate favorable terms

- Organize and optimize storage spaces for efficient stock management

- Generate reports detailing stock levels, usage trends, and forecasting for future needs

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling/storage of hazardous materials

- Managing weekly maintenance schedule with the maintenance manager , coordinating meetings , maintaining

- Providing administrative support for the maintenance manager in planning and executing the preventive maintenance programs/

- Assisting in communication between the maintenance team and the other departments

- Handling all paper works, ensuring documentation compliance, and ensuring accurate records

- In charge for all data entry & Reports related to all vehicles repair documents



Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus

- Experience in the industrial field is a plus



Location: Zouk Mosbeh

Work schedule: Monday till Friday 7:00 AM till 17:00 PM
