  • Bachelors degree in engineering, facilities management.
  • Min 10 years experience in Facility Management background maintenance management.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and technical knowledge of (MEP) electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement compliance measures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within an organization to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, supervise maintenance teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Focuses on minimizing downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing asset lifespan, and coordinating repairs and installations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and costs.
  • Supervise and lead maintenance staff, provide training, schedule workloads, and ensure efficient team performance.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments and contractors to minimize disruption during maintenance work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs promptly to avoid major operational disruptions.
  • Analyse and improve maintenance processes continuously, integrating new technologies and methods.
