Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and utilities

Minimize downtime and ensure optimum plant performance

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors

Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement root cause solutions

Control maintenance costs, spare parts, and budgets

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ISO 9001 requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)

Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and planning skills
