Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose:

The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the organizations facilities and equipment. The role ensures all assets are maintained in safe, reliable, and efficient condition while optimizing costs and complying with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance policies, processes, and schedules (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, including Supervisor, technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan and coordinate all repair and installation activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory guidelines.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, spare parts inventory, and service contracts.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
• Evaluate and implement new maintenance techniques, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and other support departments for smooth workflow.
• Develop training programs to enhance the skills and safety awareness of the maintenance staff.
• Ensure quick response and resolution of breakdowns and emergencies.
• Make a schedule for outlet visit and share the observation report.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and statutory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 710 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 35 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in facilities / Equipment maintenance hospitality industries preferred.

Reporting To:

• Maintenance Head / Regional Manager Operation.

Direct Reports:

• Cluster Maintenance Supervisor / Outlet Technician
