Desired Candidate Profile

SKILLS & ABILITIES Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in extrusion lines and ancillary equipment.

KNOWLEDGE Masterbatch Extrusion machine upstream and downstream all equipment electrical and mechanical problem resolve.

Knowledge of Sap preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for twin screw extruders, mixers, dosing systems, side feeders, screen changers, pelletizing lines, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in extrusion lines and ancillary equipment.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Identify and implement areas for production improvement and process optimization. • Perform blade setting and cutter change operations on Lunarmec palletizer.
• Manufacture, assemble, and install extruder screw profiles as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding, grinding, and soldering machines.
• Oversee the operation and basic maintenance of air compressor machines.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, downtime analysis, and preventive schedules. • Pulverize machine knowledge.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure material, machine, and personnel safety compliance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 5 years plus of experience in maintenance of twin screw extruders, preferably within the masterbatch or plastic extrusion industry.
• Thorough knowledge of plastic material grades such as PE, PP, PS, PET.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance in industrial extrusion lines. • Experience in maintaining mixers, dosing systems, pelletizers, and ancillary equipment.
