Maintenance Engineer PRIME AC INDUSTRIES (L.L.C)

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

· Inspect machinery and systems to detect issues before they cause downtime.

· Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements also troubleshoots malfunctions and complies with standards on wiring and installations.

· Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; and using precision measuring tools.

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults.

· Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize production disruptions

· Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.

· Work with production and quality teams to ensure machinery supports production targets.

· Maintain optimal inventory of spare parts and consumables.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.

· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.

· Prepare reports on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.

· Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Propose technical solutions to enhance equipment efficiency.

· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Optimizes maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results

· Any other tasks/ responsibilities as directed by the management from time to time.
