Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A leading company specialized in water treatment chemicals, seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team and support the continuous and efficient operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production and safety teams to minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
  • Experience with mechanical systems, pumps, motors, and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and maintenance management systems.

Must be a resident of 6th of October City or nearby areas.
