Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on press machines and automated production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures in real time.
• Monitor equipment performance and lead improvement actions to enhance uptime and efficiency.
• Support machine changeovers, setups, adjustments, and calibration.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts records.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen).

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 3 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in press machines or high-speed production environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and automation controls (Siemens/Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance systems, and root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and risk assessments.
