Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to ensure production continuity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational requirements and reduce disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory to ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.
  • Assist in the selection and procurement of spare parts and tools, optimizing inventory levels to avoid shortages.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules effectively.
