Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A global proprietary trading firm is seeking an experienced Macro Rates Trader to join its growing team in Dubai. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy to run strategies across interest rate and credit markets.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute discretionary trading strategies across interest rate products and related fixed income instruments.
- Identify opportunities in regional (MENA/GCC) and global markets.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, policy changes, and market flows to inform trading decisions.
- Manage your own PnL while collaborating with other traders and analysts.
- 5+ years experience trading rates, swaps, or related macro products.
- Proven track record of profitability and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and execute trade ideas independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
