Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precise measurements and tolerances are met for each part produced.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating complex specifications into actionable machining processes.
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each job, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime and ensure operational safety.
• Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols to minimize hazards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a machining environment, with a strong understanding of CNC operations.
