Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection, to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues in production equipment, using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as bearings, belts, and sensors, ensuring machines operate efficiently.
- Calibrate and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production specifications, optimizing performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in CNC machine repair and maintenance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
