Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, while adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, identifying and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery components, to extend equipment lifespan.
  • Load raw materials into machines and adjust settings according to production specifications, ensuring optimal output.
  • Monitor machine output and inspect finished products for defects, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic repairs to keep production running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and any issues encountered during the shift.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on machine operation, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
