Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machinery efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet quality standards.
• Document machine performance and report anomalies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Operator in a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in operating CNC, hydraulic, or other industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of machine software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLC systems).
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
