Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction plans in coordination with engineering, design, and site teams
- Identify construction risks early and apply corrective and preventive actions
- Lead the adoption of construction technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Integrate production and productivity data into design and execution strategies
- Conduct root cause analysis for site issues and implement recurrence prevention measures
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for technical and commercial alignment
- Prepare and manage project schedules including key milestones such as power and water activation
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities and conduct quality audits
- Implement quality control frameworks to meet regulatory and client requirements
- Manage MEP contracts with a focus on cost optimization, timelines, and resource utilization
- Work closely with BIM and design teams to coordinate M and E services
- Support team development and effective resource allocation across project sites

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong experience in MEP construction planning, installation, and execution on major projects
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and safety standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
- Commercial awareness with a clear focus on cost control, quality, and productivity
