Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1 3 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, or customer engagement (retail experience is a

big plus).

versee the daily operations of our loyalty program in-store and online.

Make sure customer enrollment is easy, fast, and problem-free.

Work on new ideas to make the program and the rewards more attractive, satisfying, and fun.

Track loyalty performance (sign-ups, redemption rates, repeat visits).

Share reports and insights with the marketing team and management.

Spot trends and suggest ways to improve how we engage and retain customers
