Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in protecting company assets by developing preventive programs, ensuring a safe work environment, and promoting a strong security culture across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective programs to protect company property and reduce/prevent all types of loss.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment in all store locations.
Raise awareness among staff about loss prevention practices and policies.
Collaborate with operations management to create and improve procedures for detecting, reporting, and addressing internal theft incidents.
Train and support store managers in all areas of loss prevention.
Coordinate with Legal, HR, and other relevant departments to take appropriate legal actions when necessary.
Conduct general and technical security training for employees, covering topics such as business ethics, workplace violence, surveillance systems, and inventory control.
Enhance facility security by selecting and installing surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras.
Analyze investigation reports and financial/operational audits to identify security weaknesses.
Lead investigations into theft, misconduct, or incidents involving employees or third parties and provide detailed reports to management.
Conduct on-site risk assessments to identify, categorize, and address potential security risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1 3 years of experience in a similar role.
High attention to detail with an active and hands-on approach.
