Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel areas to maintain safety and security across the property
• Secure rooms and assist guests with room access when required
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and audits
• Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas
• Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when needed
• Gather information, prepare incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of records
• De-escalate disturbances and resolve safety hazards in line with company procedures
• Escort unauthorized or unwelcome individuals from the property when necessary
• Ensure compliance with alcohol control laws and internal security policies
• Support management by assisting with training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door processes
• Handle guest and employee complaints professionally and promptly
• Use proper code responses and communication protocols during incidents
