Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Investor / Business Partner

  • Provide investment capital for expansion and ongoing operations

  • Participate in strategic planning and business development

  • Review financial performance and ensure transparent profit-sharing

  • Support decision-making for new projects and long-term growth

Investor / Business Partner

  • Bring construction, manpower, or subcontracting projects

  • Maintain client relationships and generate continuous leads

  • Negotiate project terms and coordinate with our operational team

  • Ensure timely communication between client and company

  • Receive profit share or commission based on agreed terms

Operational Collaboration

  • Assist in planning and executing projects when required

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers

  • Contribute to building a strong reputation and expanding market reach

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia or familiar with Saudi construction market

  • Strong network within construction, contracting, or manpower sectors

  • Ability to bring projects or support business expansion

  • Experience in business development, marketing, or investment

  • Clear understanding of profit-sharing and transparent business practices

  • Professional, trustworthy, and committed to long-term partnership

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Preference for candidates with prior experience dealing with:

    • Contractors

    • Consulting companies

    • Industrial clients (Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, NEOM, etc.)
