Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients and distributors.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and proactively address delays or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the implementation of cost-effective transportation and distribution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and refinement of logistics procedures and best practices.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics inquiries and requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid understanding of inventory management and transportation processes.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and shipping documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving operational targets.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing business needs.
