Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title - Commercial & Logistics Officer / Sales Support Officer
Location - Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer order processing, invoicing, and execution activities accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate shipments from Head Office (HO) to JAFZA, Mainland UAE, and SAIF Zone, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods.
- Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth delivery and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through email and telephone regarding order status, documentation, and inquiries.
- Prepare, review, and manage commercial, logistics, and accounts-related documentation.
- Handle Import and Export documentation in full compliance with UAE customs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and update punctuality, leave, and payroll-related reports on a regular basis.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient transactional and operational workflows.
- Provide direct administrative and documentation support to the Sales Team, including paperwork, clearances, and related activities.
- Maintain effective internal and external coordination with departments, government agencies, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within commercial operations, logistics, or sales support.

- Graduate with strong proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and database management.
- Fully conversant with UAE Import & Export procedures and documentation.
- Proven expertise in multi-stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Prior experience with large trading organizations, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive mind-set with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
