Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of shipments (local & international).
- Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to maintain supply chain flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Identify logistics bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 7 years of proven logistics experience (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or textiles).
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
