Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies and policies.
Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor and optimize logistics costs and efficiency.
Oversee inventory control and warehouse management.
Ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations.
Lead and supervise logistics staff and teams.
Prepare reports on logistics performance and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Qatar logistics regulations and customs procedures.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
