Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehousing and dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all procedures and industry standards.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure safety and compliance.

Analyze operational processes and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Lead the integration and consolidation efforts of different operational companies, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company objectives.

Manage and develop a team of warehousing and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and supply chain management, to optimize inventory levels and meet delivery timelines.

Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Ensure strict adherence to company compliance rules and regulations in all activities conducted by the team, always maintaining ethical standards and integrity.

Qualifications

Holder of a relevant bachelor s degree

Minimum 8 years of experience
