Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and plan all import and export logistics operations.
Coordinate with suppliers and overseas teams for shipment and production flow.
Optimize transportation, carrier selection, and delivery cost/time.
Prepare monthly budgets and monitor logistics performance.
Lead and supervise the logistics and customs operations team.
Prepare logistics operation status reports and analyses.
Stay updated on shipping routes, carriers, rate changes, and customs regulations.
Requirements
Excellent English (spoken and written).
10+ years of experience in logistics, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong experience in import/export documentation and customs processes.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
