• Managing complete Logistics Import operation(Air&Sea) until safe delivery at warehouse.Job alerts subscription

• Managing and Tracking inbound and outbound goods flow.

• Responsible for the Logistics Export operations(Land Freight/Sea)& managing the goods flow for 15+Stores/Warehouse in Oman & Bahrain.

• Creation of Certificate of Origin from Ministry of Economy for Duty Exemption.

• Creation of Certificate of Origin from Chamber for Duty Exemption.

• Responsible for Freight carrier negotiation(prices, terms & conditions) for the benefit of the company.

• Managing the Customs Clearance & regulations for different free zones, customs clearance and permits/documents for Food Items & General Goods.

• Applying Customs Duty Exemption for the raw materials.

• Managing Guarantee compliance with policies and procedures for health and safety while importing the goods to UAE.

• Responsible for Item Registration in Municipality

• Making Health Certificate from Municipality for Export Consignments.

• Creation of FIRS for the Importing Goods.

• Making Phytosanitary Report from Ministry of Climate Change & Environment(MOCCAE) for plants and plant-based products/Consignments.(i.e. Apricots, Figs, Dates, Coffee Powder)

• Creation of Daily Shipment Status Report.

• Creating Landed Cost in SAP System.
