Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution
Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries using GPS and fleet management systems
Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Manage documentation for customs clearance, invoices, and shipping manifests
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
Troubleshoot delays and implement contingency plans
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits
Ensure compliance with Saudi transport regulations and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management
Expertise in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar)
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and Incoterms
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), data analysis, and reporting
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management systems
Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
