Roles & Responsibilities

Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally. Prepare and process shipping and customs documents, including the Bill of Entry. Ensure all import/export activities comply with Jebel Ali Free Zone and UAE customs regulations. Welcome and assist visiting clients. Maintain an organized filing system for both administrative and shipping documents. Working with Dubai trade website.

Based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are currently looking for a skilled and organized person with knowledge of logistics and customs procedures to join our team. Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday (Sunday is the weekly day off) Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally. Prepare and process shipping and customs documents, including the Bill of Entry. Ensure all import/export activities comply with Jebel Ali Free Zone and UAE customs regulations. Welcome and assist visiting clients. Maintain an organized filing system for both administrative and shipping documents. Working with Dubai trade website. Requirements: Must currently be residing in the UAE. Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and import/export procedures. Proven ability to prepare and issue a Bill of Entry (BOE). Familiarity with Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) rules and portals is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Experience using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications. A positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
