Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
Trim & Raw Materials Management:
- Follow Trim material requirements (textiles, foams, plastics, trims).
- Ensure the availability of raw materials while respecting customer and internal requirements.
- Optimize stock levels (security, minimum, maximum).
- Anticipate the risks of disruptions and put action plans in place.
Planning & Scheduling:
- develop and adjust production plans based on forecasts, customer orders and machine capacity.
- Monitor production progress and adjust priorities in real time.
- Communicate the plans to the operational teams and ensure they understand them properly.
Logistics Coordination:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor delivery deadlines.
- Collaborating with the Purchasing, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor and analyze logistics indicators (OTD, stock coverage, discrepancies).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes (Lean, 5S, flow optimization).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience (3 years or more) in the automotive sector, ideally on Trim.
- Excellent command of planning and raw material management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MFG Pro, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Rigour, sense of anticipation, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments.
