Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery, maintaining constant communication with client , & suppliers.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to prevent shortages and ensure the availability of products.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate Delivery Note, shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

  • Utilize logistics software and tools to analyze shipment data and optimize transportation routes for cost efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge.

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, ideally with 1-2 years in a similar position to demonstrate relevant skills.
