Execute the accounting and record of all Weighbridge operations as per the technical and accounting standards and apply proper methodologies to assure accurate weight information regarding in and out weighbridge information, of all materials subject to weight analysis 1) Register and deliver proper registration of all the information related to the weighbridge and its operation 2) Execute the processes and procedures to assure full compliance and accuracy in the weighbridge facility to provide proper information and contribute to a proper account process to protect the company interests and financial performance.

Main Accountabilities

• Review the daily weighbridge operational program and prepare the resources to perform the activities in a fluent manner
• Organize the tickets and orders of all materials coming both into and out of OFM facilities. Ensuring vehicle, customer, material, and tonnage details are all correct.
• Register and resolve any concerns related to delivery weight and transport incidents and report them on time.
• Identify and confirm that all items comply with the delivery note, and official sales order and are correct in respect of quantity
• Prepare regular reports related to weighbridge operations and records
• Ensure all records are registered and maintained in the company integrated ERP system, of all entries and exits of trucks (includes customers, suppliers, internal transfers, and others) by applying allowed tolerance levels of each single entry.
• Execute the daily weighbridge calibration checklist by applying weights and related IMS checklists, including pest control measures and recording them.
• Comply with HSSE and company rules and regulations in terms of proper weight and truck alignment in the weighbridge using CCTV cameras, and be sure to include proper justification for any truck that did not follow the procedure for any case.
• Communicate with OFM support functions such as IT & maintenance or approved weighbridge vendors in cases of weighbridge failure or related matters that require support to operate the weighbridge safely and efficiently.
• Work with the weighbridge supervisor and support enhancement projects, audit observations, and others related to the weighbridge section as a whole
• Plan daily truck movements based on the dispatch or receiving schedules with the related departments, and coordinate with transporters or drivers for the estimated time of arrivals.
• Maintain truck appointment logs or a gate pass system, and ensure only authorized trucks enter the premises.
• Check truck documents (POs, SOs, TOs, and others) and verify compliance with safety standards.
• Issue entry passes and direct trucks to designated waiting or parking areas, and record their details and truck entry time.
• Assign temporary parking slots based on priority (first-in-first-out or load urgency), maintain parking area discipline to avoid congestion, and monitor idling times and alert delays to concerned departments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and related teams to assign loading and unloading bays, direct the driver to the correct loading/unloading bay, and monitor real-time bay occupancy to optimize turnaround time.
• Route the truck to the weighbridge station (before and after loading/unloading), log the weighbridge slip as it is created and recorded, and ensure calibration and accuracy of weighbridge records.
• Ensure the ERP system is updated and maintain proof of delivery records.
• Ensure loading/unloading is complete and documents are signed, issue an exist pass with clearance from the related department, and record the truck departure time for turnaround analysis.
