Roles & Responsibilities

A successful candidate will efficiently manage administrative duties while leveraging specific expertise in logistics operations to ensure smooth and cost-effective movement of goods.

Required Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Strong English and Arabic written and verbal communication are necessary for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers.
  • Computer Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is standard, with advanced Excel skills often highly valued for data analysis.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: The capacity to handle unexpected issues, such as shipping delays, and adapt to changing situations calmly and effectively.
  • Transportation & Shipping Knowledge: Familiarity with coordinating shipments, preparing and processing shipping documents, and understanding carrier communications and potential customs regulations.
  • Logistics Software Proficiency: Experience using relevant software like Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM).
  • Data Literacy & Analysis: The ability to collect, interpret, and use data (e.g., performance metrics, costs) to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
