Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Excellent direct communication with shipping lines & NVOCC team.
  • Excellent pricing negotiator.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end ocean freight export process, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Prepare and review all necessary export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to arrange bookings and secure space.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management processes.
  • Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards within the logistics department.
  • Develop and maintain logistics documentation, including shipping records and inventory reports.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Resolve issues related to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate logistics staff to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments and manage workflow.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Proven ability to supervise logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
