Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Container Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and execute loading plans for export containers based on shipment schedules and cargo specifications.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely container loading.
  • Cargo & Container Tracking
  • Monitor cargo movement from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Retrieve and verify container details (e.g., container numbers, seal integrity, shipping line info).
  • System Management
  • Accurately enter all container and cargo details into the logistics system.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of shipment status, loading schedules, and documentation
  • Supplier Payment Processing
  • Review and validate supplier invoices related to export logistics.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all export documentation complies with international shipping regulations.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth export clearance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of proven experience in logistics operations, export shipping, or supply chain management (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry).
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics systems/ERP.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
