Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage local purchasing activities according to procurement plans and budget.
  • Coordinate with technical and warehouse departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Continuously search for new suppliers and improve relationships with existing vendors.
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare periodic reports on purchasing performance and cost analysis for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in local purchasing.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of local suppliers and vendor evaluation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the medical supplies sector or similar industries is a strong advantage.
