About The Role
Are you an enthusiastic, customer service focused person who loves going above and beyond the needs of a guest? Do you have impeccable English communication and written skills? Then the position as a Lobby Host is awaiting you! As a Lobby Host you will be responsible for delivering five-star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile, and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories!You will act as a Lobby Host of One & Only One Zaabeel , capturing new business and communicating any special requests and needs of guests to the Front Office Management team, contributing and playing a vital role in delivering a luxury and personalised service. You will demonstrate deep knowledge and passion for the brand you represent and play an active role in building a unique experience for our guests during the stay at One & Only One Zaabeel.Our Lobby Host provide engaging, sincere, personalized service that provides a phenomenal first experience to all One & Only One Zaabeel guests and employees. We are seeking a professional, friendly and energetic person for the important role of greeting all who visit. Handling phone calls and some administrative duties will also be part of this role. This is a highly visible position that would suit an outgoing, personable individual who enjoys interacting with people on a day-to-day basis. This role requires someone who is immaculately presented and an exceptional communicator who comfortably, positively, and professionally interacts with those around them.
About You
A successful candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for Hospitality, guest experience, and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a luxury hotel, with a minimum of one year experience in Hospitality. The ability to excel working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business requirements whilst exceeding guest satisfaction will also be a key part of this exciting role.
