Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A distinguished UHNW family is seeking an experienced and polished Butler or House Manager to oversee and manage all front-of-house operations within a private residence. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the butler and service team
- Ensure the highest standards of service, etiquette, and presentation at all times
- Manage daily household service operations, events, and formal entertaining
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain seamless service delivery
- Liaise with household management and principals to anticipate preferences and requirements
- Oversee silver service, table settings, and VIP guest handling

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a Butler, Butler Supervisor, or House Manager within UHNW households or luxury hospitality
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of formal service, protocol, and etiquette
- Discreet, well-presented, and highly professional
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
