Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and update property listings on online portals, CRM, and company website.
  • Collect and verify property details, photos, videos, and floor plans for accuracy and presentation.
  • Coordinate with property consultants, photographers, and clients to ensure timely listing updates.
  • Write clear and appealing property descriptions highlighting unique selling points.
  • Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and leads.
  • Maintain an organized digital record of all property listings and updates.
  • Ensure that inactive, sold, or expired listings are promptly removed or updated.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and portal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar real estate listing or administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and real estate CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with major real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
