We are seeking experienced Line Foremen to provide direct supervision of piling line crews. The role involves overseeing daily operations on the hammer line, controlling cycle times, managing shift handovers, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality piling work in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct control and supervision of piling line crews during operations.
• Monitor and manage hammer cycle times to maximize productivity.
• Ensure smooth and accurate handovers between shifts, including work progress, equipment condition, and safety notes.
• Coordinate with Banksmen, Operators, Riggers, and Helpers to maintain safe and efficient workflows.
• Enforce compliance with HSE standards and stop work if unsafe practices are observed.
• Track daily output and report progress, delays, or technical issues to Shift Engineers/Planners.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or operational issues in coordination with Hammer Technicians.
• Ensure proper use and handling of piling equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior crew members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (preferred but not mandatory with experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in piling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of piling rigs, hammers, cycle times, and site operations.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
