DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, arrange, and install technical equipment based on project guidelines or supervisor directions.
• Assemble, position, and secure components such as fixtures, panels, cables, and support structures.
• Manage cabling and connections by labeling, coiling, and inspecting equipment conditions.
• Assist in modifying setups during rehearsals, tests, or live events.
• Identify basic technical problems and support their resolution.
• Help maintain and organize equipment and accessories.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clear team communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of technical systems related to lighting, audiovisual, or events.
• Hands-on experience with equipment assembly and disassembly, whether through education or work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions in high-pressure situations.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of electricity, control systems, or measurement tools.
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as signal flow or system operations.
• Training or education in audiovisual technology, electronics, electricity, or similar fields.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
