Job Overview
MITAS ENERGY has been awarded a key project under contract with Total Energies as part of the Ratawi Solar Projects. The project is currently ongoing and includes:
• Construction of five 132 kV transmission lines (approx. 480 towers)
• Installation of 8 km of 132 kV underground cables
• Construction of one GIS substation

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Planner & Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement detailed lifting plans in compliance with safety standards and project requirements
• Supervise all lifting activities on site to ensure safety, compliance, and coordination
• Select and verify appropriate lifting equipment based on load and site conditions
• Conduct inspections of lifting gear and ensure all equipment is certified and in good condition
• Coordinate with site engineers, HSE team, crane operators, and riggers
• Maintain accurate documentation, permits, and records for all lifting operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lifting operations on large-scale construction or energy projects
• Valid Lifting Planner Certification
• Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, rigging plans, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with lifting planning tools/software is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
