Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor for Lift Engineers to oversee large-scale elevator operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of lift systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven leadership skills to manage multiple units and a large team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage operation & maintenance of up to 2,500 lift units.
Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate and lead lift engineering teams for efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety standards & manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain accurate technical reports and documentation.
Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in lift industry
Hands-on expertise with Mitsubishi, Otis, KONE, Schindler, Monarch Series Drive
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume operations (2,500 units)
Age must be below 35 years
