Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned s Club, a private members club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.
Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking a skilled Lifeguard & Swimming Coach who is passionate about safety, swimming, and five-star guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around all pool areas
- Provide professional swim coaching and instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool and surrounding areas
- Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations
- Respond quickly and efficiently to any emergencies or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Promote a culture of safety, fitness, and exceptional guest service
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Valid Lifeguard Certification
- CPR and First Aid certification (must be current)
- Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor (preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude
- Multilingual skills are a plus
