Requirements:

Bachelor s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking relationship management in Qatar.

Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatari driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on acquiring new clients and building a strong deposit portfolio.

Ensure 100% achievement of assigned targets.

Set and monitor KPIs for deposits/financial goals.

Cross-sell additional products (mobile apps, trade services, lending, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory guidelines, and competitor activity.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong skills in marketing and relationship management.

Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards in Qatar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Ability to interact and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
