Roles & Responsibilities

Step into a pivotal legal support role at Niceone, a trailblazing force in digital home retail and innovation. As we continue to expand our market presence in Riyadh and beyond, we are seeking an adept, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Review and Drafting: Prepare, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, NDAs, and related documents to safeguard Niceone s business interests across all areas of operation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi laws, digital retail regulations, and industry standards, advising business partners on best practices and emerging requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks, conduct thorough research, and make actionable recommendations to minimize exposure across Niceone s business functions.
  • Dispute Resolution Support: Assist internal teams in managing legal disputes, preparing supporting documentation, and liaising with external counsel when necessary.
  • Policy Development: Support the creation, implementation, and communication of company policies and procedures, promoting ethical, compliant, and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Data Privacy and Intellectual Property: Advise on personal data protection, copyright, trademark, and other IP issues relevant to digital commerce and marketing activities.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work cross-functionally to deliver legal training sessions and guidance that strengthen compliance awareness across all teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; relevant certifications or a Saudi law license are highly valued.

Relevant Experience: Experience (2+ years preferred) in legal research, contract management, compliance, or in-house legal support, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or technology sectors.

Analytical Ability: Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and interpreting regulatory and legal trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse, cross-functional teams.

Organizational Strength: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Technical Proficiency: Familiar with legal research databases, contract management systems, and core office applications.
